Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Under the direction of the RN, you will deliver direct patient care to medically complex and/or critically ill patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Holds current LPN/LVN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days.
• IV Certification within 90 days if state regulations require it.

Responsibilities

• Under RN guidance, deliver nursing care using the nursing process.
• Provide direct patient care to medically complex or critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other staff on individualized care plans.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapies as appropriate.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
