Job summary

PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision for medically complex and critically ill patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS Certification required within 90 days of hire (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medically complex and/or critically ill patients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Utilize nursing process under RN supervision to deliver patient care
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested
