PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our nursing team. The LPN/LVN provides nursing care under direction of an RN, documents data, and carries out orders with a focus on patient age-appropriate care.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification required. BLS must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures for patients in age-appropriate care.
