Job summary

Qualifications

• Washington LPN license required at hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or geriatric experience.
• Experience working with the frail and elderly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physician, RN, transportation and home care to provide direct nursing care.
• Assist physicians and nursing staff with vital signs, wound care, and medication administration/management.
• Provide patient teaching, venipuncture, catheter care, and foot care; assist with patient setup for physician visits.
