Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our nursing team in Colorado. You will provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN, collect data, execute orders, and support patient therapies in alignment with PAM Health policies and patient needs.

The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in the state, and BLS. Inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred, with additional credit for critical care exposure and vent/trach/PICC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Having prior experience in emergency or critical care environments preferred; familiarity with vents/trachs/PICC lines; 2 years of direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit, gather and report data, carry out orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age- and population-appropriate manner per PAM Health policies.
