Job summary

Vi at Lakeside Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver resident care, identify needs, and implement interventions. You will evaluate outcomes, perform personal care as needed, and collaborate with the care team to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an LPN/LVN preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
• Food handlers certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents by identifying needs and implementing prescribed interventions; evaluate outcomes and conditions.
• Perform personal care for residents as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with care team to resolve problems and improve care delivery.
