The nurse provides nursing care, administers medications, observes residents, maintains records, and assists CNAs while following care plans and facility policies.

Requirements: active LPN license, CPR/AED certification, minimum 3 years of experience, English literacy, and ability to document clearly and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Ability to recognize changes in residents' condition and take action.
• English literacy (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care consistent with LPN responsibilities.
• Observe and report symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Maintain records reflecting resident condition, medications, treatments, and progress.
• Transcribe physician orders and assist with care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with orientation when needed.
