Job summary

STGi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Savannah, Tennessee. The role combines clinical duties with administrative coordination to support the PACT team and patients.

Candidates must hold an LPN/LVN license, have CPR/BLS certification, and possess strong communication and EMR skills. The position offers full-time hours and benefits, with emphasis on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of clinical outpatient or hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacology and medication administration.
• Ability to assess patient condition and respond to emergencies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per protocols and regulations.
• Check‑in/check‑out patients with PACT team.
• Attend staff meetings and huddles.
• Monitor patients and report adverse reactions.
• Perform CPR and assist during emergencies.
• Carry out nursing procedures (dressings, injections, venipunctures).
• Prepare patients for labs and exams and assist providers.
• Set up medical equipment (EKG, AED, oxygen) and maintain safety protocols.
• Maintain infection control and confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments according to VA access standards.
• Provide patient education and follow‑up visits.
• Provide clerical support for unit operations.
• Support CBOC Clinic Manager and RN Care Manager.
