Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation in Sugar Land, Texas is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to provide direct patient care and collaborate with Registered Nurses. This position features 12-hour shifts with full-time and PRN options, including weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans.
• Observe patient behaviors and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings.
