Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa in Texas is seeking an LPN/LVN for full-time night shifts to deliver compassionate, personalized care and support rehabilitation goals under physician orders and RN supervision.

You will monitor vital signs, document patient responses, and collaborate with the care team while benefiting from tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities within a national rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

• Providing direct patient care aligned with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observing patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
