Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for full-time night shifts. Join a compassionate team delivering personalized care and supporting rehabilitation goals in a leading inpatient setting.

You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor vitals, document responses, and contribute to a culture of warmth and growth, with tuition reimbursement and career path planning available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with RNs to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
