Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an LPN/LVN licensed professional in Gallup, NM to provide direct patient care under supervision. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and participate in ongoing development to improve patient outcomes.

You will document information, communicate with families and healthcare teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while helping develop care plans and maintain safety in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications
