Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time day shift in our Skilled Nursing location. You will deliver resident-centered clinical care, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor resident conditions to support safety, comfort and dignity.

You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans in a high-quality, upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Current Practical Nurse license (LPN) in the state of New York.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
