Job summary

Vi Living, a luxury senior living community, seeks a compassionate LPN for a full-time day shift in Skilled Nursing. You will provide direct clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document in accordance with care plans and regulations.

You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs, support care plan development, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team promptly.
• Document accurately in accordance with care plans and regulations.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs to ensure cohesive care.
• Support development and updates to individualized care plans.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in daily operations.
