Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an LPN for the Good Samaritan Stillwater location to provide professional nursing care under supervision, including medication administration and care plan implementation. This role supports residents across the lifespan within a long-term care setting.

The LPN must hold an active license and demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If IV therapy is required, ND-specific requirements may apply and must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of RN, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Assess residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Maintain health, safety, and comfort of residents and document interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
