Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents' conditions, assess changes, and document vitals and observations.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care tasks.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and charting; ensure compliance with policies.
• Report changes in resident status to the supervising nurse or physician promptly.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care and safety.
