Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced LPN to take on a nursing leadership role focused on delivering patient-centered care in accordance with standards, physician orders, and center policies.

The position requires supervision of nursing staff, participation in quality and infection control programs, and accurate charting in electronic systems. Strong LTC background and familiarity with POINT CLICK CARE are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
• 1+ year nursing management experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and electronic charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care within the scope of practice and follows standards and physician orders.
• Participates in quality improvement and infection control procedures.
• Administers medications and treatments per facility policy.
• Coordinates with physicians and other departments as needed.
• Assists in rounds and patient education.
• Ensures accurate documentation and charting in systems like POINT CLICK CARE.
