Job summary

Pavilion Healthcare in Ottawa, IL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN provides licensed nursing care to residents per physician orders and within regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the IDT to ensure high quality resident care. We offer full-time hours, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice as an LPN in the State.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Provides and receives nursing reports during shift changes.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Directs day-to-day CNA services to ensure proper care.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Records vitals, patient observations, and care plans.
• Completes admissions, transfers, and discharge forms.
