Job summary

Hallmark Health Consulting Services in Maryland is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

You will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, collaborate with RNs and care teams, and maintain accurate documentation while working flexible weekends and holidays if required.

A Maryland LPN license and CPR/BLS certification are required, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities
