Job summary

Kindred Hospital St. Louis South is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves administering medication, performing treatments, and working with patients to manage their care effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for licensed vocational/practical nurses.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License required.
• Minimum six months’ prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Consult with Registered Nurse regarding patient's condition.
• Educate patients and families on pain management.
• Assist with examinations, treatments, and rehabilitation.
