Working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. With a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 12 patients, you will have the chance to build meaningful connections with those under your care. This onsite position offers competitive pay ranging from $36 to $41 per hour, reflecting your skills and dedication.

Your role as a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse

As an LPN at our Longmeadow facility, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our elderly residents in our skilled nursing setting, you can expect to administer medication, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of our residents. Your daily schedule may vary, with shifts available from 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11 pm to 7 am.

Expect to work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and personalized care around the clock.
