Job summary

Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will administer medications, provide wound care, monitor residents, and support ADLs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include vital sign monitoring, care plan collaboration, and clear communication with residents, families, and providers to ensure coordinated care.

Lock Haven Rehab and Nursing is an approved facility for the new federal Nurses for Nursing Homes program

Nurses who join our team may be eligible for up to $40,000 toward student loans and/or a $10,000 stipend, paid directly to you, in exchange for a 3-year commitment working 30+ hours per week here.

You may qualify if you:

• Are an RN or LPN with eligible student loan debt, or graduated in the last 2 years
• Have not worked in a nursing home in the past 60 days
