Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse at our Marlborough center to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents in collaboration with the healthcare team.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care in a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications.
