National Health Care Associates in Connecticut is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening or day shifts at our West Hartford facility. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

• Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
