Job summary

Home Hope and Healing Inc. seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide in-home, one-on-one skilled nursing for a special child in Freeport, Maine.

Shifts are block-time (8–12 hours) with days, evenings or nights; Per Diem or Full Time options, and a Monday–Friday 3:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. window.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year LPN experience preferred; our Preceptor Training Program is available for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home one-on-one nursing care to the child.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and document care.
• Coordinate with family and Home Hope and Healing staff to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of LPN experience, or we offer a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for all newly licensed nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience
