Home Hope and Healing Inc. is seeking a dedicated licensed practical nurse to provide skilled, in-home care for a special child in the Fairfield, ME area.

This position offers the chance to work closely with families Monday through Friday, delivering compassionate, one-on-one nursing support. We offer training and ongoing support from Regional Nurse Managers, plus flexible scheduling including per diem or full-time options in the location you choose.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• At least 1 year of LPN/home care experience.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing in the child’s home.
• Block time shifts: 8-12 hours/day, days/evenings/nights.
• Per Diem or Full Time options in the location you choose.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license


• 1 year of LPN experience, or we offer a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for all newly licensed nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience


• Successful passing of background checks
