The role involves floating to other units as needed, including dual diagnosis and acute inpatient services for adults and adolescents. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time, with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

• Licensure: Current license or permit to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.

Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed inpatient facility located in the eastern portion of Lexington County. Three Rivers Behavioral Health specializes in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Three Rivers continuum of care includes adolescent residential treatment, inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for addictions.
