  • Document unauthorized discharges in accordance with procedures.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license or Compact State license.
  • At least 2 years of LPN/LVN experience.
  • Ability to educate patients and families on disease processes, with good medication and wound care knowledge.
