Job summary

Spring Hills Morristown is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents at our Morristown, NJ facility. The role supports daily living activities, administers medications, and collaborates with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure resident well-being.

The position is part-time, with a 7:00am-3:00pm schedule. Candidates should hold a valid NJ LPN license and are expected to maintain high standards of patient care and communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NJ LPN license.
• Experience in assisted living or similar setting preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Must be able to work rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per residents' care plans and assist with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Assess and document residents’ health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team.

Position Overview for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Key Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
