Flagstar Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The role offers an hourly rate of $38 and flexible scheduling across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications as prescribed, and supporting rehabilitation plans. Candidates must hold an active LPN license and CPR certification, with eligibility to work in the US and compliance with state/federal requirements.

Qualifications

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties and Requirements:

• Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency

• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
