Job summary

• Document symptoms, progress and responses to treatment accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
• Provide clinical care in alignment with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Assist in rehabilitation as outlined in the treatment plan.

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties and Requirements:

• Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
