Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare at East Stroudsburg is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support adults in recovery programs. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and assist in detox protocols within a patient-centered team environment.

The role requires a PA LPN license and a current BLS card, with shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, PRN / as needed. We emphasize core values of integrity, dedication, collaboration and passion as we deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions, as applicable
• Medication administration Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
• Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol
• Provide medication education to clients
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

LPN starting rate is $30/hr before shift differentials
