Job summary

Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing in Berwick, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN shifts in our long-term care team.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care to residents, administering medications, collaborating with RNs and care teams, and maintaining accurate documentation to meet care standards. Training is provided for new LPNs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New LPNs welcome; training and orientation provided.
