Job summary

Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. All shifts are available: 7:00am–3:00pm (Full Time, Part Time), 3:00pm–11:00pm (Part Time), and 11:00pm–7:00am (Full Time and Part Time).

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with RNs and care teams, and maintaining documentation per care standards. Active LPN license required; new LPNs welcome with orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
