BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide expert, patient-centered care in Collierville, TN. This full-time position requires administering medications, documenting nursing actions, and ensuring patient needs are met according to physicians’ instructions. Ideal candidates will hold an accredited nursing degree, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care. Overview

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Adoration Private Duty is seeking a passionate, dedicated Private Duty LPN to join our team in Collierville, TN. Our Private Duty LPNs provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive, fulfilling environment where your skills and empathy truly shine.

Office Location: Memphis, TN
Coverage Area: Collierville, TN
Schedule: Full‑Time; Overnight (Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care at all times while maintaining client dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the client’s plan of care and provided assessments of results.
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communicating with family, case manager, and physicians, as well as documenting progress and outcomes for established goals and informing them of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met in accordance with the instructions of the physician.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.
