Adoration Private Duty is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our private duty team in Soddy Daisy, TN. This Full-Time days role focuses on 1:1 patient care in a home health setting, coordinating with families and clinicians to ensure comfort and safety.

Office location is Chattanooga, TN; coverage area includes Soddy Daisy. The role offers a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted license in state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• CPR certification (professional) required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care according to client’s plan while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care per plan and assessments.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician’s instructions.

Schedule: Full-Tme; Days

• Pediatric Case
• G-tube experience preferred
• Wednesday - Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
