Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide frontline clinical support in a walk-in healthcare setting. Responsibilities include assisting with diagnoses, documenting patient histories and vitals, preparing patients for exams, and aiding providers with procedures.

The ideal candidate has completed a Specialty Nursing Program and can work within the scope of practice with strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced outpatient

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical support and direct patient care.
• Assist with diagnoses and treatments as directed by providers.
• Document patient history and vital signs accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist providers with medical procedures.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens as needed.
• Administer medications and vaccines per protocol.
• Maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment.
