Job summary

Pediatric Specialty Care in Aliquippa, PA is looking for a Pediatric LPN for day shifts (12 hours, 7:00a–7:30p). You will care for medically fragile children, including those with trachs, vents, and G-tubes, while delivering medications, treatments, and support with daily routines.

We provide hands-on training from day one and ongoing on-site support from RNs, therapists, and physicians to help you grow in this specialized pediatric setting and to ensure the safest, highest-quality care for each

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license (or compact/eligible).
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Pediatric, trach/vent or long-term care experience is a plus, not required. We'll train you.
• Dependable, detail-focused and calm under pressure.
• Structured training: 3+ weeks hands-on, clinical training with experienced pediatric nurses before working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex and technology-dependent children.
• Give medications and treatments safely and on time, including G-tube feedings and trach care.
• Monitor each child closely and report changes to the RN right away.
• Respond to emergencies with the team, including airway and respiratory events.
• Document accurately and follow each child's individualized care plan.
• Support daily routines, activities and family communication.
