• Must possess a valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Valid BLS CPR card must be obtained in person, not online.
• Experience with G-tubes, trachs, and vents is a plus, but training is available.

• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
