Are you a board-certified nurse practitioner seeking flexible, in-home clinical opportunities?

1. Conducts in-home health evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, barriers to care, and medication/history reviews.
2. Earns $80 per assessment, with potential weekly earnings of $2,500-$4,000 based on 6-9 visits daily, plus incentives up to 135% in certain areas and pay-per-test bonuses.
3. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday, with no nights or weekends required, on a short- or long-term basis.
