COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking an LPN to join our community care team, picking up 3-4 night shifts weekly from 7 pm to 7 am. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise direct care staff, and communicate clearly with physicians, families, and teammates.

Responsibilities include implementing and evaluating individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, maintaining nursing standards, monitoring infection control, documenting events, and reporting condition

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner.
• Reports required condition changes, events to appropriate parties.

• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.

Looking for an LPN to pick up 3-4 days a week on the night shift from 7p-7a.

POSITION SUMMARY:
