Job summary

The Highlands at Owasso is seeking a qualified LPN/RN to provide overall care for residents in our Owasso community. This full‑time role requires supervising direct care staff, implementing care plans, and timely execution of physician orders.

Applicants must hold an active LPN or RN license and have experience in long-term care. Strong communication and accurate written documentation are essential to ensure high standards of nursing practice and resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual care of each resident.

• Reports required condition changes, events to appropriate parties.
• Administers medications/treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors infection control compliance.
• Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.
