High School Diploma/GED required
Ability to read, write, and understand English in written and verbal form
Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
Successful completion of all required background checks, including Ohio BCI&I fingerprint analysis, FBI fingerprint analysis (if applicable), STNA Registry, HHS/OIG list, and Ohio Medicaid Provider Exclusion and Suspension List
Valid LPN certification to work in a long-term care facility in Ohio
