Flagstar is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in Skilled Nursing Facility settings, providing follow-through of physician plans and under RN supervision. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and strong community impact, with emphasis on compassionate care in Warren, OH and surrounding areas.

Earn $38-$40 per hour with opportunities for weekly pay and benefits. LPNs will contribute to patient care, education, and support for families and communities, while advancing nursing

Qualifications

• Currently holds an active Ohio LPN license.
• CPR Certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
• Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
