Job summary

Qualifications
- Active LPN license to work in Ohio.
- CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Strong patient assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated clinical competency and reliability in transportation to worksite.
Responsibilities
- Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
- Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation per the physician's plan of treatment.
