We are seeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!

Shift Details: 12 Hour Shifts, Day Shift (7 am - 7 pm)

Responsibilities

The LPN is responsible for clinical functions on the unit, including all aspects of resident care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The LPN shall ensure the unit functions smoothly, organized, and efficiently under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegation, supervision of nursing staff, clinical competence, resident care management, quality improvement, professional relationship building, and developing clinical expertise.

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active LPN license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
• Three (3) years of medical/surgical experience preferred
• One (1) year of area-specific experience preferred
• Professional image and knowledge of regulatory standards
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Proficiency with computer and software applications relevant to the role
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of substance abuse in the workplace
