Upstate Services Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Stamford, NY. This part-time role offers evening/overnight shifts with base pay in the stated range and attractive shift differentials, plus a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, supervising CNAs, and maintaining clinical documentation. Active NYS LPN license and CPR are required or willing to obtain. Long-term care experience preferred.

Base rate $29-$34/HR

+Evening differential $1.50/HR

+Night differential $2.50/HR
