Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, Virginia. This role offers per diem hours with same-day/next-day pay and a local coordinator for scheduling.

Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience are required. Wound care, patient education, and coordination with the care team are key duties to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
