Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads locations. The role offers hourly pay between $37 and $39 and per diem scheduling, with the option for same-day or next-day pay.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license, have at least one year of facility-based nursing experience, and be capable of providing wound care, patient education, and coordinated care with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Ability to provide wound care and patient education within LPN scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information accurately.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
