FTE: 0.5 FTE Part-Time | Shift: Days 7:00am-7:00pm | Schedule: TBD

Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits

Location: Good Samaritan Hospital Float Pool

  • Pay rate: $24.34-$41.88 per hour depending on Step
  • Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities
  • Eligible for incentive pay and shift differentials
Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an excellent opportunity to expand your role in healthcare by providing quality care focused on patient comfort and well-being. As an LPN at MultiCare, you will collaborate with your team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal growth, development, and aging
  • Deliver routine care and services to patients from diverse backgrounds using strong interpersonal skills
  • Assist Registered Nurses and care team in implementing the nursing process
Requirements
  • Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
  • License to pass medications may be required
  • Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care setting within the last three years preferred
  • Experience in a specialized area or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire
  • Successful completion of relevant competencies for the assigned specialty

Pay and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay range is $35.01 - $57.86 USD, influenced by experience, skills, certifications, and education. If unionized, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on experience.
